Dosage
Hamdard Balm can be used by either two processes:

1. Rub on process: To get relief from a blocked nose problem or discomfort in breathing due to a blocked nose, rub this balm gently on throat area, chest and both sides of chest.
2. Inhalation process: To get quick relief from sore throat and congestion pour a teaspoonful amount of Hamdard balm in hot water and inhale the natural essences of comforting balm.

Indications
Headache, cold, catarrh, chest congestion & sore throat.

Precautions
For external use only. Do not swallow or place in nostrils (or nose). If symptoms persist, see your physician.
