Shipping policy

We require confirmation prior to shipping regardless of whether your order was placed on a COD basis or advance payment is made.

Once confirmed, it typically takes us 1-2 working days to process and dispatch your order. Delivery time after dispatch is 2-4 working days unless there are delays on the part of our logistics partner.

For standard delivery, we have a flat rate of Rs. 160. Please note, we reserve the right to revise the shipping charges on your order should there be a revision in the rates offered to us by our logistics partner.

For most areas in Lahore, delivery charges are Rs. 100 and can be accessed by mentioning the postal code (for reference, Lahore GPO is 54000).

Free delivery has been suspended as we are trialing a lower flat rate shipping rate in most cities.
