While we aim to provide the best rates to our customers the rising price of petrol and diesel directly affects the shipping charges that courier services charge us.
We were making a minimal loss on shipping before the Iran war. We absorbed the rising costs after the previous price increase. It is no longer sustainable for us to maintain existing rates with the latest escalation in fuel prices.
Unfortunately, we have had to raise our shipping charges from Rs. 150 to Rs. 199. This is a significant increase but reflects the 40%+ rise in fuel prices.
We aim to reduce our rates once fuel prices drop.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
